Posted: Sat Apr 09, 2011 3:14 pmme too...I just used PRNTSCR to take a screenshot in a video while paused. I think that's best and easy to do and it really works.

Posted: Fri Apr 15, 2011 4:25 pmI've had this problem on a different video platform before. You could try disabling hardware acceleration:
In Control Panel -> Display -> Settings tab -> Advanced... -> Troubleshooting tab
Then slide the hardware acceleration slider to None. Then take your screenshot. That has worked for me before.
