Streaming: Updating song title in title bar of smplayer

* smplayer v19.5.0 r9214
* ubuntu 18.04 LTS up to date
the song title is only up to date when starting the stream. when it changes during streaming it dows not update. to update it i have to reststart the stream.
aside of that smplayer is a nice program!
