"Find subtitles at opensubtitles.org" not working

Hi,

I just noticed yesterday that I can't download subtitles anymore by using "Find subtitles at opensubtitles.org".
I keep getting the mesage "login to opensubtitles.org has failed".

Something similar was happening with VLC player, but fortunately it allows the users to login to their account at opensubtitles.org, so as soon as I did that, I immediately got access to subtitles.
Does SMPlayer has this ability to allow the user to login to his/her account at opensubtitles.org? I searched in preferences but didn't find anything.

Is there a way to solve this issue?

Thank you,
Xenos

Hi,

I had same problem, I can't download subtitles at Opensubtitles.org.

I access my account at Opensubtitles and choose one or more subtitles.

But, the better way will be if I can choose subtitles as some way until two or three days ago.

Best regards,

Koiti

I've just added an option to log in to opensubtitles (svn r9289).

Great,

Now SMPlayer is accessing OpenSubtitles.org.

Thanks a lot.

Best regards.

Where do we access or input our OS credentials in order to make this work. I've looked in settings but can see nothing. Thanks

In the window to search subtitles, button options.
Anyway I think it's working now without the need to enter the credentials.
