A short time ago (not sure exactly when) the Main Toolbar started ignoring its setting after restarting the app. I check the box, and for that session it's fine, but when restarted I again have to recheck the box. The bottom control bar is unaffected.

Version 19.x, but just updated to version 20 with no change
Windows 10 Pro
