Is there any way to save on my computer the files I have downloaded from YOUTUBE?
Please explain how, if possible.

SMPlayer doesn't download videos from youtube.

NO, smtube/smplayer doesnt let you download itself , but there are ways to get smtube PLAY WITH function access a external download software
once programed you can download..
the unfortunate thing is ton vid search function really doesnt work anymore unless you create a key.
and i noticed youtube.com i cant log in anymore unles its through the browser, you tube doesnt like external player log ins.
you can use browsers to search
but there are free software to download from you tube
