When playing individual VOB files, the progress bar [aka, slide bar] does not allow moving the video forward. When moving the progress bar, for example, to the middle, the vob plays from the start. If the progress bar is clicked during play, the video jumps back to the beginning of the VOB file. There is no way to move the VOB play forward using the progress [slide] bar except by hitting the < or > on each end.
