[PATCH] Removing files using playlist

So I just tried this out and it's missing the ability to bind a shortcut to delete the file from the main video window.

I have a patch that adds it back @ https://dev.gentoo.org/~rhill/pkgs/smpl ... lete.patch

There's also a bug with current implementation - when you delete a file it continues playing but the playlist selection moves to the next entry. If you then hit Next it moves to entry after that, so you end up skipping over a file. I haven't fixed that in my patch.
