What are qt_*.qm files for ?

What are the qt_*.qm files for in the translations folder ?
And from what file do i create it ?

There is a button name i would like to change but i don't see it in smplayer_da.qm file so im guessing its in qt_da.qm.

Also i cant find information about making the translation files from the transifex files and testing it in SMPlayer. Are there made any instructions for this ?

What is the correct place to make changes to tq_*.qm files ?

I see some strings are not translated in SMTube if i right click the search input it says "Select All" in my language.
How do i get that translated?

I have downloaded this file http://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qttranslation ... s/qt_da.ts and saved as qt_da.qm, and the string "Select All" is translated in the file. But for some reason SMTube still show the english "Select All".

Probably the qt_da.qm in the SMPlayer package is older and doesn't have that string translated.
I'm using Qt 4.8 and the latest Qt version is 5.5 I think.

I haven't tested SMPlayer very much with Qt 5, so I prefer to use for now Qt 4 for the Windows packages.
