Suggestion for "Click here" and "this link" links

Its better to write what the link is about rather then telling the user to click here or that this is a link.
So instead of "Click here for a detailed list of the MPV features" maybe "Detailed list of MPV features" would be better and so on.
"Click here to know the translators from the transifex teams" could be "Know the translators from the transifex teams".
"this link" and "visit this link" could be info about whats being linked to.
