upscale / tweaked smplayer.ini?

Hi guys
can someone post a smplayer.ini with settings for a good spec machine?

I'm trying to watch an old TV show


I have added this but not sure it's made much of a difference..
mplayer_additional_video_filters="scale=ewa_lanczos dscale=mitchell cscale=mitchell sigmoid-upscaling=yes"

have not looked at 3rd party shaders yet either
