See what video was played last

I click one video and the text gets the dotted line around it so i can see which video i clicked.
But when the window looses focus the dotted line is removed so its hard to know what video i have justed watched and which to watch next.
Perhaps make it move visible which video was clicked last.
Like change the background color of the box or something.
Maybe use CSS :active.
