Play next file automatically like KMPlayer does?

Hi. I've recently migrated to Linux. I find SMP a good player but I'd like to suggest to be made a function which KMPlayer has - if there are many files with consecutive numbers in the folder (like tv show episodes), the player to autostart the next episode when the currently watched has reached the end.
To understand better what I suggest - let's say at the moment I'm watching Fringe.S01.E09. When this episode is over and the seeker reaches the end of the file - it will stop. My suggestion is to make the player to jump to the next file number in the folder.
Do you think this can be done? I'm not a developer or any programmer and I can't do it myself.

There's already an option for that. Go to preferences -> playlist and check the option "add consecutive files".
