Update!

I installed the latest SMPlayer build 0.6.9+SVN-r3566 Beta

And now this MKV file that was giving me an error before now play fine without any errors :)

The only strange thing is when I skip around the video it looks fuzzy for a few seconds and then clears up. Its kind of hard to explain so I will upload a picture.
