Have you tried to reinstall the program?

Or install a different version?

Try the latest from http://sourceforge.net/projects/smplaye ... erimental/

As far as I can tell it might be related to DEP (Data Execution Prevention).. the newer one is compiled with newer libraries so maybe they are compatible with DEP.
