Kylin Xenial Xerus: Not streaming anymore

This link is not working, it is a new one and it stops after 10 seconds. Wondering which settings I should use? Works in VLC. It was working properly during regular season. Problem with Youtube live steaming also since a week. Up-to-date on Kernel 4.6-rc3/16.4.0.7558/ http://xrxs.net/nhl/

Made a fresh install today (Kylin 20160417.1) and increase drastically the cache files + cache stream @ 20048. It was working before the changes and it works also after.. Still experiencing lag or buffer issue but this bug is their side (40up/10down connection). Set output to 1080P (mp4) which is better on my HD monitor.. Only settings that I changed so far.
