Control Bar not accessible in full screen

Control Bar not accessible in full screen mode for the last few versions. Moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen does nothing, no control bar. Not really usable this way. No setting changes make any difference. I am using the 64 bit version on Windows 10.

I can't reproduce the problem. Also using Windows 10, 64 bit. It works for me.

Not only did I uninstall, reinstall, reset preferences, I also tried out the 32 bit version as well and the portable versions of both and no luck at all on my Windows 10 64 system with the control bar issue.

What version of SMPlayer are you using?
What video output are you using? (Preferences -> General -> Video -> Output driver)
Does it make any difference if you change the option "show only when moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen" in Preferences -> Interface -> Floating control?

Win10 x64, nVidia VGA
SMPlayer 16.8.0 (64-bit) + mpv
- video output: "default" -> floating bar not appears
- video output: "direct3d" -> floating bar works fine
