Can't drag and drop in 18.2.2

Postby JonathonWolf » Sat Mar 24, 2018 10:27 pm

I upgraded to 18.2.2, and I can't drag and drop files into the playlist window like I used to do. I've tried several different file types. I can still add files from the window, but that can take longer for the window to organize the folder contents to get the files I want. Didn't see any options. Am I doing this wrong or just not a feature anymore?

Hi - I've been using Audacity for years to create playlists for indoor cycling classes. When I started to make a playlist today, I am unable to drag and drop songs from iTunes directly into the program. I've checked the file type and that's not the problem. When I drag the file, it gives me a 'plus' sign in Audacity but when I try to drop it in, nothing happens. Thanks for any help.

This always happens to me after updating the player. Closing and opening it again fixes it.

Closing and reopening did seem to work. I know I've done that a number of times before, but it worked this time. Mouth of a gift horse and all.
