Can't drag dialog beyond process bar

In SMPlayer fullscreen and open preferences (Ctrl+P)...
Then drag the title bar towards the area where the Windows process bar is the cursor stops where the process bar is even though its not visible so i cant drag it to the edge of the screen.

If i select to hide the process bar automatically in Windows then i can drag the dialog to the edge of the screen.
