That's weird. Somehow the options --hwdec=no and --sub-auto=fuzzy are passed to mplayer.
Try this, turn off the option to remember settings for all files in preferences -> general and try again.

All audio tracks should be added to the playlist. Be sure the option to add files automatically to the playlist is enabled in preferences -> playlist.
