Large Time slider in one row and action buttons under it?

Hi again,

please forgive my ignorance, but I'm new to this...
I wanted to ask if it is possible to have two rows of action buttons in the Control bar. I'm used to work with a large Time slider and I was wondering if I could place it alone, extending from one side of the player window to the other, and have all action buttons placed underneath it.

Is there a tool that I can use to modify some files (I guess they should be in every theme folder?) to achieve this? And if there is, is there also a link to any kind of instructions, so I can stop asking you so many questions?
