FLAC

I am running Ubuntu 16.04
I have installed and updated the latest version of SMPlayer.
It wont play FLAC files.
When you hit play the player does nothing. It seems to be playing everything else.
FLAC files will play with my other players including VLC and Videos.
I wish I could get one player to play everything without the hassle of switching between them.

Can you send the mpv/mplayer log (menu View) after trying to play a flac file?
