"Stay on top" doesn't work with "Send video to screen"

Hello,

I have a dual display setup and while using "Send video to screen --> 2 - DISPLAY2", I realised that although I've set "Stay on top" to "Always", unfortunately it doesn't work properly.
The main interface of the player and the playlist on display 1 stay on top, the fullscreen playback on display 2 doesn't.
This feature seems to work only when fullscreen playback is on display 1.

I believe that protecting the fullscreen playback on a second monitor (eg from accidentally dragging on top of it a browser window, an open document etc) is what matters the most. Usually when we send video to a second display (like a projector) for fullscreen playback, it's because the are more viewers who watch it there. So if I mess up and open or drag anything to the second display, it will distract them and it will be a little embarassing...

Could you please have a look at it?
