Switching the subtitle using the shortcut 'j' doesn't work if the video has no default subtitle track. In such a case the first entry '-' should be selected.

Hi,
Switching the subtitle using the shortcut 'j' doesn't work if the video has no default subtitle track. In such a case the first entry '-' should be selected.
