Feature Request - often need to play at 1.5x speed - how?

Hi,

often need to play videos at 1.5x speed (150%). (but 1.6x speed (160%) is yet too fast; so it should be exactly 1.5 (150%)
But sometimes I have to play short sequences at 1.0 (=100%) to understand difficult parts, where any faster speed would be obstructively.

But 2.0x (or 200% speed) or any other between is too fast.
So it would be good to change easily between strictly 1 and 1.5, too.

OK, I can increase five times by 0.1 and have my needed 1.5 (150%) (five steps)
or increase "double speed" from 1 to 2 and reach 1.5 (150%) by decreasing 5 times by 0.1 (10%).
(even 6 = 5 + 1 steps)

Even the way to decrease to 0.7 or 0.75 or 0.76 (by 6 'x' -4% steps) and then doubling to get to 1.5 is not effective enough.

Anyway: The feature to de/increase by 1%,10%, 2x the speed is great!

But it seems, there is no quicker way.
Could there be a way to implement an option for steps to get to 1.5 quickly? (which is one and a half or 150% step)

All you have to do is tap the "]" key five times to get to 1.5x, and the opening bracket to return to normal (or backspace). I'm not sure how it could be any simpler.

that's the point ...

mostly I can use 1.5x Speed (which I set by pressing the hotkey 5 times),
but some parts of the video I have to listen to in 1.0x speed (one hotkey) to understand what is necessary/ said (mumbled).
Then, wenn that difficult passage is over, I could listen to in 1.5 speed again, because it is easier to understand and clear to hear.

Any speed about 1.5x (e.g.1.6x) is difficult to understand, because voice becomes incomprehensible gibberish then.
Any slower speed takes it uneccessary longer to listen to stuff you could process faster in less time.

When a video contains more parts where you cannot understand what is said, you have to hithithithithit the hotkey several times a video. And additionally have to count hit1-hit2-hit3-hit4-hit5 not to count more ore less than five to set correct speed, which would go easier with a further speed option: 1.5x
to slow down (to 1.0x) and later speed speed up to 1.5x that would be only 1 hotkey each. Instead of different times.
I could imagine that more people could need this option setting, too. That is why I asked. It would be just a hotkey-set option like 4% or -4%.

Mhh, why is (-) 4% / 0.4x speed built in? That is useful for? Who needs 1.04x Speed or 0.96x; 0.84x?
