Subtitles problems.

I hava some problems with viewing subtitles on my .mkv file with the sub .SUP (and i tryed to convert it to .idx, .sub)

The text is all over the screen, big and colorful letters?

The subtitles works on vlc and Gom player but i really like smplayer so do anyone have a tips to fix this?

All my others files like .srt .idx .sub works like a charm so i don't understand why this should't work.
