0.6.9portable Slider problem

Greetings.
I've recently experienced a slider bar problem with 0.6.9portable
on 2 of my 3 XP laptops. I use the "jump to ... when released" option.
SMPlayer jumps the video to the correct spot
but the slider bar does not move (anymore ...).
The slider bar does not work properly with the "drag" option either ...
but this is only occurring on 2 of my 3 XP laptops ...
Any helpful replies/insights appreciated.

Greetings.
Thanks for the reply/suggestion.
I changed relative seeking to false in the ini file,
but the problem still persists ...
I'll try copying/using the ini file from the unaffected XP laptop ...
Any helpful replies/insights appreciated.
