no mouse over tool tip in skins

i noticed w default if you mouse over play or stop etc u see the tool tip PLAY STOP etc
when i use the skins like gonzo and touch play or stop i cant see anything

i only see tool tip words w the icons in tool bar
does the skins not show the tool tip words
if it does how can i make them say stop play again
when i mouse over
i noticed UM has no mouse overs

noticed no tool tip for speaker volume
as fr mute
i guess i can grab from tool bar kit
