SMPlayer Support Forum

Hello, I am unable to create screenshots with SMPlayer. In preferences, the Enable Screenshots box is checked, but when look on the icon tab, the screenshot icon is grayed out. The same goes for when I click the "Video" tab and "Screenshot" and "Start/Stop taking screenshots tab are grayed out. What did I do wrong when installing it? I have Windows 10 and run 64Bit.

Be sure the folder for screenshots in preferences -> general is correct and exists in your file system.
