Working MPlayer build for Windows 98

Dear All,
I'm looking for an mplayer build that would run on Windows 98 and function without SSE, including its x264 and vp8/vp9 decoders. I have recently tried a generic i486 build from on a Pentium I computer with Windows XP and it worked fine. However it wouldn't even start on 98 due to different WINAPI.
Even older builds would do. The important thing is that it must run on Windows 98.
Thanks
