Phishing alert from Malwarebytes after upgrading

When I updated SMPlayer to v. 18.10.0 x64 (from filehorse), a strange thing happened after installing, running SMPlayer and the 'Latest changes' page opened: an alert from Malwarebytes - Phishing :?:

i got malware bytes warning again
i cant go to dl page or forum it wont even let me OPEN page
