SMP has been unable to parse URLs from dailymotion for at least a month now. This seems to be an mpv issue and beyond your control I'm guessing?

I know it seems like I answered my own question, but would appreciate some feedback on this matter e.g. is anyone else experiencing issues connecting to dailymotion urls with SMPlayer? It's clearly not a youtube-dl issue, as I have tested this independently of any GUI and the videos are downloaded. Using MPV+youtube-dl option in SMPlayer gets me a 403: Forbidden error in the log.

Yes, I have the same problem as well.
