is there any way that i can set a playlist so that its ordered by numbers and not by name. i.e. it should go 7,8,9,10,11,12 and not 1,10,11,2,20,21,3,30
if the explanation wasn't clear, here's an image that i hope will explain what i want:

Don't know about the playlist itself. However, if possible you could rename the videos: 01, 02, 03, ...11, 12. That will put them in the order you desire.
