Feature idea: always maximize & maximize_window_if_outside

Hi, would it be possible to add following two additional options:

1. Always maximize, like when starting smplayer from the cmd prompt using: start /max smplayer.exe
(i know there's save position, but this would be truly portable and independent from size=@Size values)

1. To maximize smplayer when the video is bigger than the screen?
(not center_window_if_outside but maximize_window_if_outside!)
