How to start with a specific volume [Windows]

Hello,
I ggogled this question and always found something like -af... or --volume... or even -volume xx. I tried to call smplayer.exe with all of them (also omitting the hyphen) but to no avail.
Is it possible to call smplayer (not mpv or mplayer directly) with a paramter so that the initial play volume of the file (in my case a movie file, not audio) will be set to this level as if I moved the slider to the respective position?
Thanks!
John
