"Stay on top" not working when fullscreen is on 2nd display

I have a dual display setup and while using "Send video to screen --> 2 - DISPLAY2", I realised that although I've set "Stay on top" to "Always", unfortunately it doesn't.
Instead of the fullscreen playback on display 2, only the main interface of the player and the playlist on display 1 stay on top.
This feature seems to work only when fullscreen playback is on display 1.
I believe that protecting the fullscreen playback on a second monitor (eg from accidentally dragging on top of it a browser window, an open document etc) is really important. Usually when we send video to a second display for fullscreen playback, it's because the are more viewers who watch it from there. So if I mess up and drag anything to the second display, it will distract them and it will be a little embarassing...
Could you please have a look at it?
