Change background image of a theme?

Hi,

In order to change the background image of SMPlayer, I've used the trick that you showed me long ago (going to Configuration folder, create a folder named "Themes", inside this create a folder named "my theme" and inside this put any image named background.png. This gives SMPlayer the appearance of the"Classic" theme, with the exception of the background image.
I was satisfied with it all this time, until I saw the "Dark" theme which is amazing. So my question is this:
Is there any way to change the background image of the Dark theme, or at least make it black? Unfortunatelly I have no knowledge in creating or modifying a theme (I found a relevant link but is it broken), so is there a more simple way to do it?

Thanks in advance,
Xenos

You can get the sources of the Dark theme here:
https://app.assembla.com/spaces/smplaye ... hemes/Dark

I think it would be enough to put your background.png in the folder.

One more question on the subject, if I may:

When I set any image as background, it doesn't get adjusted (resized) according to the player's size.
It is always being displayed in its original size so, If I want to see the background image in fullscreen mode actually covering the whole screen, first I have to save the image to the exact dimensions of my monitor (1920x1080) and then set it as background. And of course if I do that, then whenever I have the player in a smaller window, the background image gets severely cropped.
So I've just put a black image as a background, to avoid noticing the cropping.

Is there any trick to make backgroung images resizable?

Thanks in advance,
Xenos
