Hola, no se si este es el lugar el del foro para hacer una consulta sobre un error que me pasa hace como 1 mes.

cuando agrego videos de youtube por smtube no me carga el nombre del video, he echo pruebas y si copio la direccion y la agrego manualmente y la coloco como "http" si me carga el nombre, hay alguna solucion a esto?

Pues sí, esto es un bug.

Hay una solución, edita el fichero smplayer.ini, busca "streaming\youtube\yt_use_https_main" y cambia el valor a true.

If by a month ago you mean just then I guess you are right. Mpv is the place where most developent takes place after MPlayer2 died. It's way ahead of MPlayer at this point. The OSD is plenty for most people but a full blown GUI with a ton of dial and knobs like SMPlayer might appeal to some I guess.
