After the latest update it says "unable to locate the url" on every link

My SMPlayer version is 19.5.0 (revision 9214) running on Linux

SMtube 19.6.0

It seems the developers of youtube-dl already fixed the problem, so my suggestion for the moment: update youtube-dl and in preferences -> network, select "mpv + youtube-dl".

nothing plays
now what?

Can we update youtube-dl from inside SMPlayer?
I had to run the installer again which involved downloading SMPlayer again which i guess i not nessecery so maybe there could just be a button in SMPlayer for it.
Maybe not super important if it almost never nessesary to update it seperately.

NOW it works (kinda) i also uninstalled /reinstalled the exe and switched it to MPV+DL
BUT i cant play w VLC, WINDOWS MEDIA or any external player
i cant even open my Uget, i CANT DOWNLOAD anything. it says UNABLE FIND URL!!

Not working for me either even after changing the network settings. Used another player wont name it but unable to play youtube videos on it either, was working before.

Youtybe works again...No changes needed in preference,old settings are OK..Its a youtube issue, its has happned quite a few times over the past year..

It's working now but I guess they'll gradually serve the new format, so it will break again.
Unfortunately I think it will take me a few days to add support for the new format since it requires many changes in the code.

mine works now set back to AUTOMATIC
