Various issues with the playlist

Hi,
I came across the following problems while using the playlist:
1.
It seems that it is not possible to rearrange the items (change their positions) in the playlist by clicking and dragging them with the mouse, like in any other media player.
I know it can be done by using the two buttons at the bottom ("move up" and "move down") and by creating shortcuts, so it's not a big deal, but still the fastest way is by dragging.
I searched in Preferences but I couldn't find any option to enable this, is there a chance that I'm missing a setting that could help me with it?
2.
When I remove items from the playlist, the numbering on the first column doesn't change.
For example, if I remove item n.5, then n.6 doesn't become n.5 (and so on). Instead, all items keep ther original numbers. This can be misleading when you want to know how many items are in the playlist, because you might see for example the last one have n.50 but if you have already removed a few, the real number of items remaining in the playlist will be shorter. So, if you need to know how many are actually there, you have to count them one by one, which is not convenient at all.
3.
In Preferences --> Playlist --> Misc, there is the option "Auto sort" which according to its description, when it it enabled the list will be sorted automatically after adding files. However no matter if it is enabled or not, the list is never sorted automatically. Every new file that is being added is always placed last, at the bottom of the list.
4.
This is not a problem, it's just a feature request:
Could it be possible to see the total duration of all files added in the playlist? This would be very helpful in case we need to fill certain time with music or videos.
Could you please have a look at those, when you have the time?
Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance,
Xenos
