Audio OSD and Audio Slider Information MisMatch

When the screen is windowed and I change the volume, the OSD uses percentages with 100 being the normal audio max with the absolute max at 125.
When in fullscreen it decides to use the absolute max as 100, with the original audio max is now 80.
Finally, I set --volume=100 in the advanced options, but when first started the audio slider in the lower right is not at 80% of max as it should be. If I use keyboard shortcuts to change the volume, it will start at 80% of the bar. If I use the slider, it's at 50% or so.
