Feature request: Easier quality selection for youtube links

I know we can change preferred quality for youtube links and other online links in Options->Network tab but it would be so useful for me if we could add a control to toolbar for changing quality on the fly when watching a youtube video or online video. Changing it via Options every time is such an hassle.
