Hi,
I am playing mkv file, I am choosing embedded in this mkv file subtitles and each word is displaying after another, not the whole line at one moment. It it causing blinking effect which is bad. Is it possbible to display whole line at one time?
BR,

Today I even dumped subtitles from mkv file and subtitles looks normal. So this is probably weird type of mkv. I have more mkv files behaving this way.
Any idea?

I don't know if this would help, but try disabling the option "use custom style" in the subtitles menu.

Have you checked if the video contains more subtitle tracks?

Yes, I checked. There is only one subtitle track.
What is strange: on the beginning of file subtitles are being shown correctly. After some time they are being shown word by word. Any ideas?

Today I also checked other video player. Effect is the same: subtitles are being shown one word after another. Any idea?
