SMPlayer Support Forum

I am running Windows XP Pro. My current MPUI version is 1.2-pre3 build 38/MPlayer core version:Sherpya-SVN-r30521. My problem is that after I updated, every time I boot up I get a notification asking me if I want to udate again! "MPlayer for Windows - Auto Update. Your version...might be outdated...(Recommend) I had just updated! Why do I get this notication?? I want newer versions occasionally but I don't want this screen to be the first thing I see on my desktop after I get on my main screen. Please help! Thanks much, Sue

MPUI is a different program than SMPlayer. Both are frontends for the program MPlayer. post will explain the rest.
