Frameless Windows and NO Taskbar Icon

Please, tell me:

Is there a way of watching video in frameless windows, as though it were kind of a movie thumbnail, just like Light Alloy is able to?

I don't like the taskbar icon showing (not the tray area one, beside Windows clock, mind you!). So how to prevent it from showing?
