Latest SMplayer won't install youtube-dl.

Hello everyone. My issue is that when i install the latest SMplayer it tries to install youtube-dl but fails.This I believe is needed to stream videos on youtube among other things. Is there a fix for this? Can i install youtube-dl on SMplayer manually? Please Help!

pls detail: how/where to install the missed app?
installation tries to open a link w/o success and closes the window olmost immediately.

You can download it from here: https://youtube-dl.org/downloads/latest/youtube-dl.exe
Copy youtube-dl.exe in the "mpv" folder inside the smplayer installation folder.

fixed using the following link http://www.smtube.org/
download and launch the installation he was able to find the SMplayer folder and nstalled it.
You have to config & insert your API credential As per info you can find in Help.
