How to disable aspect ratio for all video

I have to keep resetting aspect ration when each new video comes up. I prefer for the video to fill the whole screen. Is there a way to set this for all video's? Thanks

Yes. Go to preferences -> advanced and type aspect_none in the run actions when a file is opened field.
