udp-multicast under Win32 (libtsmux0)

On Win32 Mplayer crashes when trying to watch udp://@ stream
In Linux "apt-get install libtsmux0" fixes this, but there is no thing like libtsmux0.dll for Win32

This problem is about Mplayer, not Smplayer, but I just don't know where else to write about this
