How do I change the layout to get the time remaining bar?

Hi, any help for this problem would be greatly appreciated--I've been using SMplayer for a while, and it works fantastic, but tonight my cat walked across the keyboard while I was playing a video, and all of a sudden, by SMplayer layout was obliterated. I used to have the standard layour--menu bar on top, at the bottom the play pause stop buttons on the left, the time remaining bar in the middle, and the volume button and slider on the right. Now, that has all disappeared. I have nothing but the movie playing in the screen. When I set the video to add borders, the play pause stop and time remaining bars still aren't there. Chaning the OSD doesn't bring that classic layout back (even though one of the options, "volume+seek+timer+total time" seems to be the right osd from the description.

I'm so mad at my cat right now I feel like dropping him off at the Humane Society (not really, though).

Any idea on how to restore the classic layout? As it stands, without an onscreen stop pause play and time remaining bar, SMplayer is quite awful to use.

Thanks for the help.
