Subtitles appear a bit late

When using the player I've noticed that for a few video I play that start with dialogue the instant I play it the subtitles do not appear. Then after a second or so the subtitles for what is being said next properly appear as they should. When playing other videos where there is no dialogue right at the start of playing the subtitles are properly displayed. Also it seems that if I open that "instant" video and there is some lag in it opening, the subtitles appear. They also appear if I just rewind the seeker back to the beginning. I was wondering if there was a way to get the subtitles to load properly for these "instant play, instant dialogue" videos.
