I use the shift+d to get many screenshots. But i can't find them .. ( i use Ubuntu)Where are they?

In the folder you specified in preferences -> general -> screenshots.

I mean the screenshots in smplayer not system's.

I already told you. Go to the smplayer preferences, general tab. There you'll see some options for the screenshot feature, including the folder where the screenshots are saved.
